Wallpaper installation is not included in the price.

Linen and Silk wallpaper is made of vinyl and as such is water washable which means it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth/sponge and mild soap.
Wallpaper (linen & silk) can be manually removed from the wall in one piece (if the wall was primed before installation, there should be no damage to the wall).
We accept orders via email. After you have approved the final artwork, we start production process.
After the final approval, a 100% advance payment must be made to our bank account.
Payment is made exclusively according to the valid quote, by payment to the IBAN specified in the offer (bank transfer)
The customer has the right to complain about the purchased product within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. In case of a product complaint, the customer is obliged to contact MB Studio in writing by mail or email. In the complaint, it is necessary to state the order/invoice number, the type of problem and attach pictures of the advertised product.
Justified complaints can only be accepted before damaging the product, such as cutting the product or applying glue to the product and/or placing the product on the wall.
Based on a written complaint for product replacement, MB Studio will return a written response to the customer within 15 days with an explanation for accepting or rejecting the complaint.
In case of a positive response to the complaint, MB Studio will offer the customer the possibility of making a new product in the shortest possible time. In case of a positive response to the complaint, the customer will return the product at his own expense in the condition in which it was delivered and in the original packaging to the address of MB Studio (the address will be indicated in the written response).
After taking over the advertised product, within 14 days, depending on the Customer's wishes, MB Studio will create a new product in the shortest possible time and deliver it to the Customer at no additional cost.
Personalization
All designs from the collection can be personalized in desired colors and shapes to meet the designer's specific requirements. After selecting the desired wallpaper or fabric, our team will help the client realize their interior design vision.
Customizing MB Studio wallpapers to fit your wall size is free of charge. Any further changes to color and/or shape, as well as personalization that includes specific graphic design, may incur an additional charge, which will be stated in the offer.
One of our services is the implementation of a conceptual design according to the investor's instructions.
Production & Delivery
After a visible payment, we start the production of your wallpaper or fabric.
Upon receipt of approval for printing, the wallpaper/fabric is sent for production.
Production time is 7-10 working days.
After production, your product is handed over to the delivery service, which delivers it to your address.
Product delivery is included in the price for the EU area.
For all other cases, delivery will be calculated when creating the offer with regard to the place of delivery.
